Fine Art Registry is pleased to announce to its members and readership the filing of a class action lawsuit in Washington State against Park West Gallery, Fine Art Sales, Inc., GE Capital Corporation, and Holland America Line, Inc. It's good to see that Holland America has been named as a Defendant and is being brought to task as it is the cruise lines that are ultimately responsible for allowing the abuse to continue everyday of the week aboard its ships.

Make no mistake about it. This isn't your average class action suit. The firm behind the filing of the lawsuit against Park West Gallery is none other than Hagens Berman Sobol Shapiro LLP. These are serious litigators who have been involved in a number of high profile cases including, for example: Exxon Valdez Oil Spill, Enron Litigation, Tobacco Litigation, and the Visa/MasterCard Litigation.
